Our tool of choice for printed circuit board design is Altium's Protel Design Suite. This tool set offers a low overhead approach to library development, schematic capture, net listing, PCB layout, routing and data set generation.

PCB Assembly
Our arrangements with several leading assembly facilities insure that the right facility is matched with the right product line at the lowest possible cost to you. Our assembly partners allow us to offer quick turn prototype assemblies in as little a 2 days, as well as production hardware for military and space applications.

Mechanical Design
Whether it's a modification to a current design or a design for a new product, Southwest PCB Design can help with your mechanical design. Our tool of choice is AutoCAD. We also have extensive experience working with machine shops, metal fabrication facilities, and injection molding companies.

Embedded Systems Programming
We can bridge the gap between hardware and software by providing customers with programming for PIC chips (microcontrollers). This allows us to take a complete product from specification to prototype and into manufacturing quickly and efficiently.

Scanning
We can provide CAD quality digital data from several types of media, including bare boards, hand tapes, diazo, and electrostatic prints.

Photoplotting
Southwest PCB provides a premier Photoplotting service for our customers. We accept Gerber (RS274D) or Gerber extended (RS274X) formats as standard for Photoplotting. Other formats, such as DXF, may be converted to standard Gerber for Photoplotting.
